There is nothing new under the Sun.
योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा धनञ्जय।
सिद्ध्यसिद्ध्योः समो भूत्वा समत्वं योग उच्यते।।

(Shrimad Bhagvad Gita: 2.48)

Translation: Perform action, O Arjun, being steadfast in Yoga, abandoning attachment and balanced in success and failure. Evenness of mind is called Yoga.

YOGA

Yoga or योग is derived from Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’ means to merge, to join. Yoga is not just limited to physical exercises or Asanas, it is much more. Its real application expands beyond the limited rich of Physical activities.

Yoga means to move towards an experiential reality where one knows the ultimate nature of the existence. There is subtle difference between Yoga and Yoga practice. Engage yourself in practice of Yoga and awake your dormant powers.
